Established in 1995, we are an independent firm of Chartered Building Surveyors regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). We specialise in the application and administration of the Party Wall etc. Act 1996 and related neighbourly matters, providing expert advice and dispute resolution to property owners and developers throughout England & Wales; from private individuals to major corporations, local authorities, and charitable organisations.

Our principal, Andrew McAllister brings over 40 years’ experience in building design and surveying. He is a long‑standing Professional Member of the RICS and CIOB, a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, and a certified Commercial Mediator. He is also a Fellow and former Director of the Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors, and an active Member of the Pyramus & Thisbe Society, reflecting his ongoing commitment to best practice and professional development.

A highly experienced party wall practitioner, Andrew has acted for Building Owners and Adjoining Owners on a wide range of projects from complex, high-value developments and buildings of significant historical and cultural importance to modest domestic works. He is frequently appointed as an Agreed Surveyor and is a trained Third Surveyor, regularly selected by peers to act in that role.
